Chemical magnetic pump is a combination of new nano-materials, self-absorption structure and magnetic transmission technology, and after the German Hank (HANK) factory technical staff repeatedly research and successful high-tech products, with self-absorption, corrosion, no leakage and so on.
Working principle
Chemical magnetic pump with external mixing axial backwater structure, the pump by the liquid chamber, liquid storage room, volute, return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and so on. After the pump starts, under the action of centrifugal force, the residual liquid in the water absorption chamber and the air in the inlet pipeline are stirred by the impeller into the gas-water mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute, and as the flow rate slows down, Water separation, the air from the pump out of the mouth, the liquid returned to the pump through the return hole, after repeated cycles, into the liquid pipeline in the air was net, so that the pump to form a certain degree of vacuum, to self-priming effect.
Features
Imported chemical magnetic pump parts of the flow of materials are used corrosion-resistant nano-polypropylene as the main material, the use of a wide range of corrosion resistance, easy to use. The pump is compact, beautiful in appearance, small in size, low in noise and reliable in operation. It is widely used in the production process of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, electroplating, food, environmental protection and other corrosive liquids without particles. For flammable, easy to storm, volatile, toxic and precious liquid delivery.
GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..
The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresight and focusing on creating unprecendented solution and concept, our company has become the lead of pump manufacturer in the global.
