Stainless steel magnetic pump is usually composed of motor, magnetic coupling and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of magnetic coupling transmission power, no leakage, when the motor drive the magnetic coupling of the external magnet rotation, the magnetic field lines through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the magnet, the pump rotor and motor synchronous rotation , No mechanical contact to transmit torque. At the power input of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and no leakage.
Product Usage
Germany Hank stainless steel magnetic pump is mainly used for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, defense and other industries, is the transmission of flammable, explosive, volatile, Liquid and a variety of corrosive liquids ideal equipment. It is suitable for liquid containing no hard particles and fiber with suction pressure less than 0.2MPa, maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, temperature not exceeding 100 ℃, density not more than 1600kg / m3 and viscosity not more than 30 × 10-6m2 / S.
GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..
The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresi
