Magnetic centrifugal pump is the application of modern magnetic principle, the use of internal and external magnet push and pull transmission, magnetic circuit with a middle of the isolation sleeve will be closed in the isolation of liquid, sealed with static seal, completely solve the other pump mechanical seal can not avoid running, Take the risk of dripping. The magnetic pump is the German Hank (HANK) factory in accordance with international standards of production, its technical performance to achieve the level of similar products in the world. The pump has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation and easy maintenance. According to the material is divided into two major categories of stainless steel and engineering plastics. Is currently the most widely used without leakage pump.

Features

1, with a static seal to replace the dynamic seal, so that the pump flow components in a completely sealed state, completely solve the other pump mechanical seal can not avoid running, taking, drop the ills.

2, the choice of corrosion-resistant, high-strength engineering plastics, steel jade ceramics, stainless steel as a manufacturing material, so it has good corrosion resistance, and can be transported from the media from pollution.

3, the flow components using stainless steel, high density carbon, high purity alumina ceramic, filled with PTFE and other corrosion-resistant materials, coupled with no leakage seal structure design to ensure the safe delivery of chemical fluid.

4, the pump maximum efficiency of 50-55%, the pump design process is fully considered the energy saving.

5, the structure is simple, the main components of modular, in order to facilitate the rapid and easy to disassemble and inspection, wearing parts can be replaced separately.

Product Usage

Applicable to petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, food, water treatment and scientific research institutions, defense industry and other units pumping acid, alkali, oil, venom rare precious liquid, volatile liquid, and circulating water equipment. Particularly suitable for easy leakage, flammable, explosive liquid pumping, choose this pump is more ideal.

GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..

The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresight and focusing on creating unprecendented solution and concept, our company has become the lead of pump manufacturer in the global.
