Horizontal pipe centrifugal pump adopts the international standard ISO2858-1975 (E), which is a kind of energy saving product which is used to replace F type corrosion resistant pump. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power station, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other departments Transport corrosive medium at -20 ℃ ~ 105 ℃ or physical, chemical properties similar to the water medium.

The main purpose

1, for the delivery of water and physical and chemical properties similar to other liquids used in water, for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water, garden irrigation, fire pressurization and equipment support, the use of temperature T: ≤ 80 ℃.

2, for energy, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, paper, and hotels and other high-temperature hot water boiler cycle and the city heating system circulation pump, the use of temperature T: ≤ 120 ℃.

3, for the delivery of non-solid particles, corrosive, viscosity similar to the liquid water, for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber and other departments, the use of temperature: -20 ℃ -120 ℃

4, for the delivery of gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other petroleum products, the use of temperature T: -20 ℃ -120 ℃.

Working conditions

1, suction pressure ≤ 1.0Mpa, or pump system maximum working pressure ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure of 2.5Mpa. Pump system working pressure greater than 1.6Mpa should be made in the order, so that the German Hank (HANK) factory manufacturing pump flow components and connecting parts of the use of cast steel.

2, ambient temperature <40 ℃, relative humidity <95%.

3, the volume of solid particles in the transport medium does not exceed 0.1% of the volume per unit volume, particle size <0.2mm.

Note: If the use of media with a small particle, please specify when ordering, in order to use wear-resistant mechanical seal.

GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..

The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresight and focusing on creating unprecendented solution and concept, our company has become the lead of pump manufacturer in the global.
