本系列液體定量灌裝機(jī)是在本公司灌裝機(jī)系列的基礎(chǔ)上，參照*進(jìn)灌裝機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行改造和創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品，其結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡單合理，精確度高，操作更加簡便。
適用于醫(yī)藥、日化、食品、農(nóng)藥及特殊行業(yè)，是對液體進(jìn)行灌裝的理想設(shè)備。由于該機(jī)在不帶電的狀態(tài)下工作，更具安全性，人性化設(shè)計更加符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的要求。
該系列為半自動雙活塞式液體灌裝機(jī)，
設(shè)計合理，機(jī)型小巧，操作方便，氣動部分均采用中國臺灣AirTac、SHAKO的氣動元件。
物料接觸部分均采用304不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP要求。
灌裝量和灌裝速度均可任意調(diào)節(jié)，灌裝精度高。
灌裝悶頭采用防滴漏及升降灌裝裝置。
該系列液體定量灌裝機(jī)配備特殊三通灌裝閥，在活塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動作用下，達(dá)到灌裝的效果，活塞抽動時，進(jìn)料閥打開進(jìn)料，出料閥關(guān)閉；活塞推動時，進(jìn)料閥關(guān)閉，出料閥打開進(jìn)行灌裝。
可根據(jù)客戶要求定做，比如氣缸品牌、不銹鋼材料、密封圈材料等。

The part contacting materials is made of 304 stainless steel.
With adjustment handle of filling volume, the filling speed can be adjusted at will, with high filling accuracy.
Filling head adopts anti-leakage, anti-pull and with diving filling device With special three-link filling valve, under the action of pison reprocating movement, it can reach the aim of filling. As piston twitching, the material-conveying valve opening to fill.
