本機(jī)為口服液瓶裝線聯(lián)動(dòng)線機(jī)組，用于對(duì)10 ml/20 ml鋁塑蓋（易拉蓋）管制玻璃瓶清洗、烘干、灌裝、自動(dòng)戴蓋、封口。洗瓶采用單螺桿或雙螺桿輸送模式，采用兩水一氣清洗工藝；熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱；灌裝采用4頭跟蹤式灌裝，計(jì)量泵采用不銹鋼泵或陶瓷泵,  送蓋采用理蓋器自動(dòng)送蓋，三刀式軋蓋，該機(jī)組結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，易于操作。
