我廠制造的JRF系列立筒式金屬體燃煤間接加熱熱風(fēng)爐產(chǎn)品，是由中國農(nóng)業(yè)工程研究設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，經(jīng)過五次升級換代達(dá)到了車內(nèi)水平，并干一九八九年二月二日獲得國家技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。該爐采用了集燃燒與換熱為一體，以爐體高溫部位進(jìn)行換熱的間接加熱技術(shù)。煙氣和空氣各走其道，加熱無污染，熱效率高達(dá)65-80%，升溫快，體積小，安裝方便、使用可靠，且價(jià)格低 (與1噸鍋爐相比，該加熱系統(tǒng)只相當(dāng)干鍋爐加熱系統(tǒng)價(jià)格的一半)。采取了耐高溫措施，從而使其壽命比列管式熱風(fēng)爐大大提高，輸出熱風(fēng)溫度可達(dá)300度，采用特殊設(shè)計(jì)輸出熱風(fēng)溫度可達(dá)500-800度，同時(shí)采用了煙氣縱向沖刷散熱片和負(fù)壓吸式排煙方式，換熱部位不積灰塵，無須清理，熱性能穩(wěn)定?？墒褂酶鞣N煤或柴作燃料，并配有二次進(jìn)風(fēng)裝置，燃燒*。
該爐的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了國內(nèi)水平。
該爐為通用性熱風(fēng)加熱裝置，與各種物料的干燥設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)備使用。廣泛用于糧食，種子，飼料，果品·脫水蔬菜，香菇·木耳，銀耳·茶葉，煙葉等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，食品、醫(yī)藥藥品，化工原料，輕重工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的加熱除濕。還可用于各種設(shè)施的加熱以及庫房除濕等。

Model JRF series coal fuel hot ar furnace manufactured by our factory is a vertical cylinder metallic case coal fuel indirect heating hot air furnace.It was designed by China Agricultural Engineering Institute.
