該機采用全封閉形式，所有部件均采用不銹鋼制造，配有三級凈化裝置，過濾后的空氣達十萬級要求。簡體與頂部裝有冷壁裝置，使壁溫280℃。干燥塔內(nèi)裝有氣刷掃塔裝置。經(jīng)該機干燥后的申藥浸膏粉，不會出現(xiàn)焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象。

基本原理:

中藥浸膏高速離心式噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術在特定物料干燥中的應用，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使物料分散成霧狀，與熱空氣充分接觸，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置。中藥浸膏于干燥機是專門用來解決中藥浸膏和植物撮液的噴霧干燥機，它解決了物料在原lpg高速噴霧干燥機在中藥浸盲干燥中出現(xiàn)的以下情況:

1、物料粘壁，收粉率低:2，物料在壁上停留時間長，產(chǎn)生物料的焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象;3，難以清洗，不符合gmp要求;4，產(chǎn)量低;lpg-l50型噴霧干燥機，其產(chǎn)量只能處理50-6okg/h料液。

鑒于以上狀況，我廠根據(jù)中藥浸膏的物料性質(zhì)與工藝要求設計了中藥浸膏干燥機。它解決了歷*中藥浸膏干燥機難題，干燥后的物料顏色好、不變質(zhì)，大大地提高了工廠的經(jīng)濟效益，中藥浸盲與lpg高速離心噴霧干燥機相比有了以下特點:1、采用了三級空氣凈化，使進風達到30萬級要求;2，采用了冷壁裝置，使內(nèi)壁溫度達s1口80。c，物料在壁上停留也不焦化;3，整個體積是原lpg標準型離心噴霧的3·5倍:4，采用快開沖洗裝置，適用于多品種生產(chǎn)要求;5，除塵采用了濕式除塵，使粉塵無外出，符合環(huán)保要求;6，采用氣掃裝置，其效果更令人滿意;7，提供霧化器2臺，交采用變頻調(diào)速;8、采用了plc控制，程控系統(tǒng)屏幕顯示;9·帶沖洗裝置;10、采用干空氣密閉輸送。
