確診登革熱病毒感染的實驗室檢測方法包括分離登革病毒、檢測病毒的核酸、抗原或抗體或幾種檢測方法的聯(lián)合使用。從病人標本中分離到登革病毒，檢測到病毒核酸、抗原，血液中IgM抗體陽轉，或恢復期血標本IgG抗體滴度較急性期有4倍或以上升高可以確診登革病毒感染。單份血標本IgM或IgG抗體陽性不能確診登革病毒感染，單份標本抗體檢測陽性時，僅可臨床診斷為疑似或可能病例，確診需要急性期和恢復期雙份血清標本。

The laboratory testing methods for diagnosing dengue virus infection include isolation of the virus, detection of the virus's nucleic acid, antigen or antibody, or a combination of several testing methods.
