【Cellabs簡介】

【Cellabs產品介紹】

Cellabs專門從事熱帶和傳染病免疫診斷試劑盒的開發(fā)，制造和銷售。還還專門檢測水性寄生蟲，特別是賈第蟲和隱孢子蟲，現在是歐洲市場上這種試劑的主要供應商。其中Cellabs Crypto Cel Reagent是英國飲用水檢測中心的*抗體。Cellabs根據ISO13485在質量管理體系（QMS）下生產產品。所有產品均已在澳大利亞治療用品管理局（TGA）注冊，并根據EC指令98/79 / EC注冊。自2013年6月起，Cellabs開始制造Tropbio ELISA產品。 Al Tropbio產品在現有的Cellabs質量管理體系（QMS）下以同樣的高水平的制造工藝生產。

 INTENDED USE AND PRINCIPLE OF THE TEST

This test is designed to detect and measure antibodies to Toxocara canis excretory-secretory (ES) antigen produced during infection in humans. The Toxocara IgG CELISA

is a solid phase enzyme immunoassay. Antibody is bound by the Toxocara ES antigen coated on the inner surface of the test strip. Peroxidase-conjugated antibody to

human IgG is added and reacts with bound antibody. A chromogenic substrate for peroxidase is added. If antibody to Toxocara is present there is a reaction which results

in the development of a blue colour, which is in proportion to the serum level of the antibody. Addition of stopping solution changes the blue colour to yellow.
