【瘦肉精的危害】

“瘦肉精”進(jìn)入動(dòng)物體內(nèi)后主要分布于肝臟。肌肉中含量較肝臟低很多。人攝入后在體內(nèi)存留時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，其不良反應(yīng)主要有：可引起心率加速，特別是原有心律失常的病例更易發(fā)生心臟反應(yīng)，可見(jiàn)心室早搏、ST段與T波幅壓低，還會(huì)發(fā)出肌肉震顫，引發(fā)四肢、面頸部骨骼肌震顫，尤其是交感神經(jīng)功能亢進(jìn)的病例更易發(fā)生。此外，還可引起代謝紊亂、血鉀降低，引起心慌、肌肉震顫、頭痛以及臉部潮紅等。對(duì)心率失常、高血壓、青光眼、糖尿病、甲狀腺機(jī)能亢進(jìn)等疾病的患者有較大危害。

【產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介】

本產(chǎn)品為克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測(cè)卡，用于定性檢測(cè)豬、牛、羊尿液、組織和飼料中的瘦肉精殘留，整個(gè)檢測(cè)過(guò)程只需要3-5分鐘左右。

【檢測(cè)限】

克倫特羅3ng/ml（3ppb），萊克多巴胺3ng/ml（3ppb），沙丁胺醇3ng/ml（3ppb）

【產(chǎn)品組成】

克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測(cè)卡（40T/盒）

滴管（1個(gè)/袋）、干燥劑（1片/袋）

【樣品處理】

用干燥、潔凈的離心管或適當(dāng)容器采集50ml左右尿液。如果不立即檢測(cè)，待檢樣本在2-8℃存放，可保存24小時(shí)，注意避免腐壞造成失效或污染。出現(xiàn)陽(yáng)性結(jié)果應(yīng)按法定程序分瓶封裝樣品用于確證法檢測(cè)。

【使用步驟】

1、測(cè)試前先完整閱讀說(shuō)明書，使用前將檢測(cè)卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復(fù)至室溫4～30℃。

2、從原包裝袋中取出檢測(cè)卡，打開(kāi)后請(qǐng)?jiān)谝粋€(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)盡快地使用。

3、將檢測(cè)卡平放，用滴管吸取待檢樣品溶液，緩慢垂直滴加2-3滴于加樣孔中，加樣后開(kāi)始計(jì)時(shí)。

4、結(jié)果應(yīng)在3-5分鐘時(shí)讀取，其他時(shí)間判讀無(wú)效，根據(jù)示意圖判定結(jié)果。

【結(jié)果判斷】

1. 陰性（-）：兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。表示樣品中不含有瘦肉精或其濃度低于檢測(cè)限。
2. 陽(yáng)性（+）：檢測(cè)T線無(wú)顯色，則表示樣品中瘦肉精濃度高于檢測(cè)限。

1. 無(wú)效：未出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控C線，表明操作過(guò)程不正確或檢測(cè)卡已失效。

【注意事項(xiàng)】

1、檢測(cè)卡請(qǐng)?jiān)诒Ｙ|(zhì)期內(nèi)一次性使用；

2、檢測(cè)時(shí)避免陽(yáng)光直射和電風(fēng)扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測(cè)卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現(xiàn)沉淀或渾濁物，請(qǐng)離心后再檢測(cè)；

6、試驗(yàn)遇到的任何問(wèn)題，請(qǐng)與供應(yīng)商。

【儲(chǔ)存及有效期】

原包裝應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍；有效期24個(gè)月。有效期及批號(hào)見(jiàn)外包裝。

二、目前世界各國(guó)對(duì)萊克多巴胺在養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的適用范圍的規(guī)定不盡相同
當(dāng)萊克多巴胺的使用量為臨床使用量的5～10倍時(shí)，可以增加胴體蛋白質(zhì)含量、減少脂肪組織，有效提高瘦肉率和飼料利用率。目前，食品法典委員會(huì)（CAC）制定的萊克多巴胺在豬和牛中的zui高殘留量（MRL）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)均為：肌肉10μg/kg、脂肪10μg/kg、肝40μg/kg、腎90μg/kg，每日允許攝入量（ADI）為0-1μg/kg。世界各國(guó)對(duì)萊克多巴胺在養(yǎng)殖業(yè)適用范圍的規(guī)定不盡相同。在美國(guó)、加拿大、日本、墨西哥、巴西、澳大利亞等24個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)，萊克多巴胺可作為瘦肉精被允許用于畜禽養(yǎng)殖，以提高動(dòng)物的蛋白質(zhì)含量和瘦肉率；但在歐盟、中國(guó)、俄羅斯等國(guó)家，畜牧養(yǎng)殖中該類藥物被全面禁止。中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)不允許使用，但允許進(jìn)口使用了β-瘦肉精的動(dòng)物產(chǎn)品。
三、我國(guó)禁止生產(chǎn)、銷售和在動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖中使用萊克多巴胺
2002年，農(nóng)業(yè)部、原衛(wèi)生部、原國(guó)家藥品監(jiān)督管理局聯(lián)合發(fā)布《禁止在飼料和動(dòng)物飲用水中使用的藥物品種目錄》（農(nóng)業(yè)部公告第176號(hào)）禁止萊克多巴胺在動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖中的使用。2011年12月5日，工信部、農(nóng)業(yè)部、商務(wù)部、原衛(wèi)生部、國(guó)家工商行政管理總局、國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局六部委發(fā)布聯(lián)合公告（2011年第41號(hào)），要求即日起在我國(guó)境內(nèi)禁止生產(chǎn)和銷售萊克多巴胺。
因此，專家建議：一是從源頭上進(jìn)行把控，將肉類安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降至zui低。畜牧養(yǎng)殖者應(yīng)在源頭上嚴(yán)格禁止萊克多巴胺在養(yǎng)殖中的使用。加強(qiáng)對(duì)飼料生產(chǎn)流通過(guò)程的監(jiān)控，以及對(duì)豬、牛、羊等養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的管理，推廣簡(jiǎn)便、快捷、準(zhǔn)確的檢測(cè)方法。二是監(jiān)管部門加強(qiáng)對(duì)進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品的監(jiān)管。鑒于近年來(lái)我國(guó)畜肉進(jìn)口量逐年增加，監(jiān)管部門應(yīng)在嚴(yán)控國(guó)內(nèi)肉制品質(zhì)量的同時(shí)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品藥物殘留的監(jiān)督抽查，嚴(yán)禁不合格肉類產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入我國(guó)。三是消費(fèi)者要理性認(rèn)識(shí)肉品的安全問(wèn)題。食品藥品監(jiān)管總局2014、2015年肉及肉制品的抽檢合格率為96.6%，對(duì)抽檢不合格的產(chǎn)品，特別是檢出萊克多巴胺的個(gè)別批次產(chǎn)品都要求有關(guān)單位及時(shí)采取下架等措施，同時(shí)進(jìn)行追根溯源，嚴(yán)格查處。消費(fèi)者應(yīng)理性看待肉品安全問(wèn)題，注重從正規(guī)渠道采購(gòu)。同時(shí)，要關(guān)注本級(jí)食品藥品監(jiān)管部門公布的抽檢結(jié)果，不要購(gòu)買監(jiān)管部門公布的抽檢不合格產(chǎn)品。瘦肉精
