巴比妥-尿檢試劑

　巴比妥-尿檢試劑使用方法：　 

　　1. 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試紙； 

　　2. 直接將尿液滴至加樣孔，約2-3滴； 

　　3. 將試紙平放1分鐘，等待紅色條帶出現(xiàn)； 

　　4. 3-8分鐘內(nèi)觀察結(jié)果，10分鐘后判讀無效。 

結(jié)果的解釋

陰性：窗口應(yīng)該觀察到兩條色帶。檢測線（T線）出現(xiàn)表示無巴比妥存在；質(zhì)控線（C線）出現(xiàn)表明試劑盒系統(tǒng)工作正常。

陽性：只有質(zhì)控線（C線）出現(xiàn)一條色帶，檢測線（T線）未出現(xiàn)表示樣品中有巴比妥存在。無效：質(zhì)控線（C線）不出現(xiàn)。任何情況下，C線均應(yīng)形成，C線未出現(xiàn)表明檢測結(jié)果不確定，應(yīng)重試。
