詳細介紹：異形瓶瓶液體灌裝機采用負壓式。由于國產(chǎn)模制瓶容積差異大，相應裝量差異也大；同時負壓式灌裝時須將瓶口倒置浸入液體內，造成瓶頸瓶身粘液污染，達不到GMP要求，對此制藥廠家頭痛又無可奈何。

我廠成功解決了以上難題。我廠異形瓶灌裝機自動進瓶，經(jīng)定位器二次智能定位，確保灌裝噴管準確插入瓶內，噴管在灌裝液體時慢慢上升，*消除泡沫。本機由于采用了扶助式定位裝置，對于不能直立的各種異形瓶尤為適用。本機灌裝精度達±0.5%，瓶口無粘液污染，*符合GMP要求。

異形瓶灌裝機適用瓶：圓形、方形、扁形、異形玻璃瓶和塑料瓶，特別適用于小口（1.5mm以上）、風油精瓶、紅花油瓶、香精瓶、細長瓶和各種不能直立的瓶型。
