電動(dòng)軋蓋機(jī)詳細(xì)介紹：
一、上臂的調(diào)整
該機(jī)可用于軋5-500ml的瓶子蓋，軋不同規(guī)格瓶子時(shí)，只要把該規(guī)格的瓶子放在托盤上，一手托住橫臂，另一只手?jǐn)Q松橫臂左邊的螺母，使橫臂下降或上升，直到軋蓋頭與瓶蓋約20毫米位置時(shí)，將螺母擰緊，再用隨機(jī)帶的內(nèi)六角扳手將托環(huán)緊靠橫臂后把托環(huán)鎖緊。（注）擰緊時(shí)注意軋蓋頭與瓶蓋位置對(duì)正。
二、V型支塊的調(diào)整
將瓶子放入下V型支型內(nèi)，將支塊上的兩個(gè)螺釘旋松，將瓶子和下V型塊一起移動(dòng)，直到軋蓋頭與瓶蓋位置對(duì)正后，將V型塊上的兩個(gè)螺釘擰緊。
三、具體操作方法
1、把灌好液體并裝上蓋子的瓶子放到下托盤上，靠在V型支塊上，一手扶住瓶子，另一手將手柄朝后往下拉緊，這時(shí)托盤托著瓶子向上抬起，直到瓶蓋與軋蓋頭壓緊。
2、當(dāng)瓶蓋與軋蓋頭壓緊后，不停地旋轉(zhuǎn)的三把軋蓋刀頭旋轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)圈后，將瓶蓋軋緊。（注）電機(jī)必須順時(shí)針運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
3、將手柄朝前推，使軋好蓋的蓋子隨著托盤回到原位，整個(gè)操作過(guò)程完成，以后每軋一個(gè)瓶蓋時(shí)重復(fù)以上的操作即可。
四、軋蓋頭的調(diào)整
該機(jī)配有多個(gè)軋蓋頭，可根據(jù)不同瓶子蓋的大小來(lái)選擇上軋蓋頭。正式使用前可用瓶子試一下。
1、蓋子軋的不緊，可旋開軋蓋頭鎖緊螺母按逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐錾宪埳w頭，然后鎖緊上固定螺母。
2、蓋子軋的太緊，有旋切瓶蓋現(xiàn)象?？尚_上軋蓋頭鎖緊螺母按順時(shí)針?lè)较蛐M(jìn)上軋蓋頭，然后鎖緊上固定螺母。
