Main uses:
ZWJ-Z type full automatic double roll water pill machine can produce pills, pills, water pills, pills and other water preparing pills. It has the advantages of small volume, low energy consumption, high efficiency, low noise, no pollution, simple operation, safe and reliable. The pills made uniform in appearance, is especially suitable for small companies, large and medium-sized pharmaceutical trial room, Institute of Chinese medicine, hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies, rare tonic field processing point of sale. The machine adopts stainless steel production, in line with the GMP standard.
Working principle.
Mixing, refining uniform spice paste Tuo into pill making machine hopper, the panel turnover extrusion propeller, in under the action of medicine, by side nozzle extrusion. When the bar reaches a certain length, by automatic cutting knife cut, again by the distributor to once per second speed delivery into rolling. Through arbitrary regulation system of speed and a shifting speed control the medicine bar length, simple operation.
Technical characteristics:
1 has the advantages of compact structure, stable performance, low noise, simple operation,. Repair cleaning convenience, high production efficiency, overall stainless steel manufacturing, in line with the GMP certification requirements.
2 on the pill pills of different size specifications only needs to replace the rubbing roller.
3 pill rubbing roller used in full compliance with the GMP certification requirements, special materials, loading and unloading of light, no pollution, long service life; rubbing roller through a special process, not sticky medicine, no alcohol, sprays or drops of oil, to produce light, bright, round pill.
4 a pill a molding, uniform size, pills weight difference, yield more than 98%, disintegration, in line with the national pharmacopoeia standard.
