洗瓶機工作原理：
瓶子裝入特制的并盤中，特制瓶盤由瓶盤和蓋板組成并由瓶盤的帶孔子分隔定位。由人工送入*工位，循環(huán)水噴淋注水滿江后，下沉至超聲波槽進行超聲波粗洗；隨后瓶盤上升推入第二工位，并口朝下噴淋水沖洗外瓶，把針頭插入瓶中（氣沖）、一次清洗（注射用水）、二次清洗（注射用水）、三次氣沖、甩干、瓶口朝上、自動進入滅菌烘箱。
本機各功能的動作均有PLC程序控制，氣源為凈化壓縮空氣，瓶內沖洗用水為注射用水，外壁和超聲波初洗用水為循環(huán)用水。
