小型混合機攪拌部分為通軸單槳，單槳上的槳葉角度設(shè)計極為合理巧妙，單槳旋轉(zhuǎn)時，物料上下翻滾，同時槳葉通過物料，向混合槽左右兩側(cè)產(chǎn)生一定角度的推擠力，使得混合槽內(nèi)任何一角落物料都不可能靜止，從而使物料混合均勻。本機采用端面密封、調(diào)節(jié)密封螺母、補償軸向壓力的密封方法。實踐證明效果比較好。本機可定時攪拌功能，攪拌前只需設(shè)定時間，到時自動停機。既節(jié)約能源，更可防范因操作人員離機后機器仍不停運轉(zhuǎn)而引發(fā)的安全事故。整機均用不銹鋼封閉，符合GMP要求。

一、機器用途
本機為臥式槽形單漿混合機，主要用于實驗室中不同比便的干性或濕性粉狀物的均勻混合，并且在混合過程中不產(chǎn)生物料的熔解、揮發(fā)或變質(zhì)。
本機也適用于化工、食品、等工業(yè)部門小批量混合不同的主輔材料，它不適用于混合半固體、液體或粘度過大的物料。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點
本機為整機性機座，傳動系統(tǒng)運轉(zhuǎn)靈活、平衡，攪拌漿及物料接觸的工件均采用不銹鋼制成，有良好的耐腐蝕性，能保持混合物料的質(zhì)量，使之不污染、不變色。
傳動機構(gòu)主要采用蝸輪、蝸桿直接傳動，使用時無過大噪聲，并有足夠的儲油量，能得到良好的潤滑，并提高機器的使用壽命。
U型料槽內(nèi)漿軸上有螺旋漿葉，推動物料作復(fù)雜的流動，可取得良好的混合效果。

三、使用說明
使用前應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次空運轉(zhuǎn)試車，在試車前應(yīng)檢查機器全部聯(lián)接件的堅固程度，減速機的潤滑油量和電機設(shè)備的完整性，然后閉合電源總開關(guān)進(jìn)行空運轉(zhuǎn)試車。
裝料以浸沒漿軸為宜，加料后必須將料槽蓋板蓋好，再開車，以免物料淺出料槽，蓋上配有視鏡筐，能觀察物料的攪拌情況。

四、安裝說明
本機為整臺裝箱，拆箱后搬至適當(dāng)?shù)胤?，裝好地腳螺栓，均勻地擰緊地腳螺栓的螺母，然后接下來通電源線即可使用。

五、機器保養(yǎng)及維修
經(jīng)常使用，減速機須每隔三個月?lián)Q新油一次，更換時應(yīng)將減速機清洗后加上新油。
機件每月定期檢查1-2次，檢查部位為蝸輪、蝸桿、軸承、油封，各運轉(zhuǎn)部分是否靈活，緊固件是否松動，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況應(yīng)及時處理。
在使用過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)機器震動異?；虬l(fā)出不正常的聲音，應(yīng)立即停機檢查。
電器控制零件應(yīng)保持清潔靈敏，發(fā)現(xiàn)故障應(yīng)及時修復(fù)。
攪拌漿裝拆時應(yīng)輕拆、穩(wěn)裝、輕放、以免變形損壞。
使用結(jié)束后，應(yīng)刷靖機器各部份的殘留物料，停用時間長，必須將機器全部揩擦清潔，機件表面涂上防銹油，用蓬布罩好。

One, machine use

This machine is of horizontal trough slurry mixing machine, mainly used for laboratory in different ratio is dry or wet powder are uniformly mixed, and the mixed process does not produce material melting, evaporation or metamorphism.

The machine is also suitable for chemical industry, food, and other industrial sectors of small batch mixing of different main and auxiliary materials, it is not applicable to mixed semi solid, liquid or excessive viscosity materials.

Two, structural characteristics

Five, machine maintenance and repair

Often use, reducer shall be every three months for a new oil, replacement should be cleaned with new oil reducer.

Mechanical regular monthly check 1-2, check the site for worm gear, worm, bearings, oil seals, each operation part is flexible, the fastener is loose, the abnormal situation should be handled in time.

Electrical control components should be kept clean sensitive, find fault should be timely repair.
