全自動軋蓋機性能特點：工作程序為：輸瓶、理蓋、取蓋、旋蓋（或軋蓋）；采用變頻調(diào)速且配有光電自控系統(tǒng)；堆瓶、缺瓶能自動停機，保持全線動作協(xié)調(diào)；理蓋采用大容量電磁振蕩斗送料裝置，瓶蓋運動平穩(wěn)，整理效果好，供蓋效率高，減輕加料勞動強度；彈性取蓋，同步壓蓋規(guī)正，結(jié)構新穎，動作準確，取蓋可靠。采用錐形塊與瓶蓋磨檫旋合，對瓶蓋無磨損，旋蓋頭結(jié)構簡單，旋緊力大，錐形塊采用2Cr13材質(zhì)，使用壽命長；軋送部分采用可調(diào)減軋頭，二刀滾軋制螺紋，二刀滾壓對口，軋蓋準確可靠，螺紋軋制美觀，對口質(zhì)量好；采用螺旋空間凸輪分度機構，分度準確，沖擊力小。
