設(shè)備特點(diǎn)

夾層鍋由鍋體、支架、蝸輪、蝸桿等部件組成，鍋體可做180度以內(nèi)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，設(shè)備采用敞口式濃縮設(shè)計(jì)，主要適用于制藥、食品、化工、輕工等行業(yè)對(duì)料液的煎煮和濃縮。該設(shè)備與物料接觸部分采用不銹鋼制造，具有較好的耐腐蝕性能，經(jīng)久耐用，符合GMP要求。

同時(shí)根據(jù)用戶要求，亦可增加攪拌裝置。

Feature:

The jacket kettle is made up of kettle body,frame,worm wheel and worm rod.The kettle can rotate in 180  degrees.This equipment is an open type concentration,mainly suitable for frying,boiling and concentrating the material liquids in pharmaceutical,food,chemical and light industry.The contact part with material all adopt SUS 304 stainless steel material,with good anti-corrosive performance,durable and wearing,in accordance with GMP requirement.We also can provide the stirring mixing device according to customer’s requirement.
