SDP系列濕式滴濾除塵設(shè)備是一種利用液體吸附作用來(lái)去除氣體中固體或液體顆粒的設(shè)備。其工作原理主要是通過(guò)含塵氣體與液滴的密切接觸，使塵粒被液滴捕獲，從而達(dá)到除塵的目的。該設(shè)備具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、投資和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用較低、處理氣量大、除塵效率高等特點(diǎn)。  

廣泛應(yīng)用于火力發(fā)電、鋼鐵、水泥、化工、垃圾焚燒等行業(yè)的煙氣凈化處理。特別是在高溫、高濕、高腐蝕性和含有易燃易爆粉塵的氣體處理中，SDP系列表現(xiàn)出了良好的適應(yīng)性和高效率。此外，對(duì)于一些要求無(wú)二次揚(yáng)塵污染的場(chǎng)合，濕式滴濾設(shè)備提供了理想的解決方案。  

主要由塔體、填料層、循環(huán)水泵、噴頭系統(tǒng)、水箱等部分組成。含塵氣體首先進(jìn)入塔體，通過(guò)填料層時(shí)與自上而下的液滴充分接觸，塵粒在多種機(jī)理作用下被液滴捕集。清潔后的氣體排入大氣，而液滴攜帶的塵粒隨水流入塔底的水箱，經(jīng)沉淀濃縮后進(jìn)行處理或回用。
