特點(diǎn)與效益：

1、  節(jié)能效益，按SJN-1000型計(jì)算，一年節(jié)約蒸氣約5400噸，冷卻水14萬(wàn)噸，節(jié)約電13萬(wàn)多度，降低成本近20萬(wàn)元。

2、  本濃縮器采用外加熱自然型循環(huán)式與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)方式，具有蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重大，可達(dá)1.4(一般中藥浸膏)，不需敞口鍋收膏。

3、  本濃縮器采用三效同時(shí)蒸發(fā)，二次蒸汽得到反復(fù)使用，與單效比能耗約降70%，不到一年可用節(jié)能費(fèi)中收回本濃縮器的全部投資。

4、  多功能操作特點(diǎn)為：(1)以回收酒精濃度在80度左右，(2)三效可以濃縮三種不同的物料，(3)一效、二效、三效，二效、一效可以反復(fù)交鍋收膏。

5、  本濃縮器有特殊構(gòu)造，濃縮出來(lái)的具有味道濃，膏質(zhì)均勻，使物料在密封中無(wú)泡沫狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行濃縮，不易跑料，減少污染，當(dāng)天濃縮完畢，不易結(jié)焦，清洗方便，打開(kāi)加熱器上下蓋即可清洗，并節(jié)約勞力，一個(gè)可以操作。

6、  本濃縮器與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼SUS304制造，加熱器，蒸發(fā)器外面設(shè)有保溫層，保溫采用聚胺脂發(fā)泡，外表面磨砂亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
