| 工作原理： |
| 分離機(jī)由機(jī)身、傳動(dòng)裝置、轉(zhuǎn)鼓、集液盤、進(jìn)液軸承座組成。轉(zhuǎn)鼓上部是撓性主軸，下部是阻尼浮動(dòng)軸承，主軸由聯(lián)接座緩沖器與被動(dòng)輪聯(lián)接，電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)傳送帶、張緊輪將動(dòng)力傳遞給被動(dòng)輪、從而使轉(zhuǎn)鼓繞自身軸線超速旋轉(zhuǎn)。形成*的離心力場(chǎng)。物料由底部進(jìn)液口射入，離心力迫使料液沿轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁向上流動(dòng)，且因料液不同組分的密度差而分層。 GF型，密度大的液相形成外環(huán)，密度輕的液相形成內(nèi)環(huán)，流動(dòng)到轉(zhuǎn)鼓上部各自的排液口排出，微量固體沉積在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上，待停機(jī)后人工卸出。GQ型，密度較大的固體微粒逐漸沉積在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁形成沉渣層，待停機(jī)后人工卸出，澄清后的液相流動(dòng)到轉(zhuǎn)鼓上部的排液口排出。 |

| 高速管式分離機(jī)主要用于生物醫(yī)學(xué)、中藥制劑、保健食品、飲料、化工等行業(yè)的液固或液液固三相分離。是目前用離心法進(jìn)行分離的理想設(shè)備。經(jīng)多年研究開(kāi)發(fā)出血液分離離心機(jī)。zui小分離顆粒為1微米，特別對(duì)一些液固相比重差異小，固體粒徑細(xì)、含量低，介質(zhì)腐蝕性強(qiáng)等物料的提取、濃縮、澄清較為適用。 特殊物料的分離可帶料來(lái)本公司做選型分離試驗(yàn)，公司也可根據(jù)客戶要求定制特殊材質(zhì)的管式機(jī)。 |
Working prninciple: |
| This separator is consisted of man body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing . the upper of the bowl is fiexible mainshaft and thelower of it is damp floating bearing. The mainshaft is connected through and with avbuffer of by a motor through driving wheel and tension gear to make the bowl rotate around its own ax is at a extra speed and form a strong centrifuge force field. The stocd flows into the liquid inlet from the bottom and is forced by centrifuge force to flow upto and along theinner wall of the bowl and then is separated the different layer according to density difference of the different liquid components ,GFtype Liquid phase with great density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with light density forms an inner loop, and flows to the upper of the bowl out of their respective liquid outlet at the bowl is upper after clarification. |
