　　FSN-2型軟膠囊粉碎回收機是我公司自行設(shè)計制造的國內(nèi)型的機種。機器采用公司自行設(shè)計的型切削粉碎技術(shù)對膠囊或網(wǎng)膠進行粉碎，并采用切削一體的離心式分離機，結(jié)構(gòu)為緊湊。具有粉碎快、回收率高的優(yōu)點。此機是針對膠囊生產(chǎn)中對篩選出來的膠囊扁丸、廢丸中所含的藥液提取回收而用;本機還可以對網(wǎng)膠進行粉碎回收。本機依據(jù)GMP衛(wèi)生標準規(guī)范要求，機器工作過程中實行內(nèi)外隔離，有效地防止藥液污染的問題。整機符合GMP衛(wèi)生要求，是新一代膠囊生產(chǎn)配套設(shè)備。DGN-3型多功能膠囊粉碎回收機-粉碎后的碎料從機器的上出料口自動出料，藥液從機器下出液口自行流出，整個工作過程一次完成，避免了帶菌交叉感染，確保藥液潔凈度，增加了藥液的利用率。
