上海沐福制藥機械設(shè)備有限公司，坐落于中國上海崇明島，長江入?？?。公司專業(yè)生產(chǎn)壓片機、壓片機模具及配件，擁有數(shù)控加工中心、掃描測量儀及專用檢測工具，具備從設(shè)計、加工到檢測的完整能力。

我們可生產(chǎn)適配多種國產(chǎn)及進口高速壓片機的模具，包括：上海天祥、遼寧天億、北京翰林、國藥龍立、中國臺灣皇漿、新馬等國產(chǎn)及合資機型；以及意大利IMA、德國FETTE、英國Manesty、日本菊水等進口高速壓片機模具。

模具材料選用上海寶鋼優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材及進口S7、D2等，并可提供氮化鈦（TiN）、氮化鉻（CrN）等多種涂層。經(jīng)過熱處理、真空處理等工藝，產(chǎn)品達到國際、國內(nèi)相關(guān)標準。

Located on Chongming Island, Shanghai, at the mouth of the Yangtze River, Shanghai Mufu specializes in manufacturing tablet presses, tablet press tooling and spare parts. Equipped with CNC machining centers, scanning measuring instruments and dedicated inspection tools, we provide integrated services from design and machining to inspection.

We produce tooling compatible with various domestic and imported high-speed tablet presses, including: Shanghai Tianxiang, Liaoning Tianyi, Beijing Hanlin, Guoyao Longli, Taiwan Huangjiang, Xinma and other domestic and joint-venture models; as well as Italy IMA, Germany FETTE, UK Manesty, Japan Kikusui and other imported high-speed tablet press models.

We use high-quality Baosteel steel and imported materials such as S7 and D2, with coatings including TiN, CrN and others. Through advanced heat treatment and vacuum treatment, our products meet international and domestic standards.
