應(yīng)用概述 General of applications

★高效包衣機(jī)主要用于制藥及食品工業(yè)，是片劑、丸劑、糖果等進(jìn)行有機(jī)薄膜包衣、水溶薄膜包衣、緩、控釋包衣、滴丸包衣、糖衣包衣及巧克力、糖果包衣的一種高效、節(jié)能、安全、潔凈、符合GMP要求的機(jī)電一體化的包衣設(shè)備。

★High Efficiency Coater is mainly used for tablet, pellet, candy to carry out organic film coating, water soluble film coating, slow and control releasing coating, dropping pellet coating, sugar-coating and chocolate, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industry. It is electromechanical integration coating equipment and conforms to the requirement of GMP.

設(shè)備特點(diǎn) Features of equipment

★恒壓變量蠕動泵，取消了回油管。

★觸摸屏顯示。

★擴(kuò)展PLC模塊，所有參數(shù)均在控制面板設(shè)置。

★隔音、隔熱，對機(jī)內(nèi)起到保溫作用。

★全密封、負(fù)壓狀態(tài)操作。

★噴槍（日本巖田）-霧化均勻、噴霧面大，方向可調(diào)、噴頭無滴漏、無堵塞。

★促使物料斜拌、翻滾、交換頻繁避免碎片，提高成品率。

★Peristaltic pump with constant pressure variable, eliminate reflux pipe.

★Display by touch screen.

★Expanded PLC module, all parameters are set in control panel.

★Sound and heat insulation, it has temperature insulation effect to inside of machine.

★Operating at seal and negative pressure state.

★Nozzle(from Japan)-uniform atomizing, big area of spraying, adjustable direction, the nozzle has no dropping leakage and block.

★Promoting material to stir aslant and writhe. The exchanging frequency is frequence. Therefore it can raise the rate of finished product.
