用途介紹/Application：

本生產(chǎn)線由振動(dòng)盤理管、陶瓷泵灌裝、機(jī)械手上蓋等工位組成，能自動(dòng)完成上管、灌旋、上蓋、不合格品剔除等動(dòng)作。主要用于凝膠，膠餌等膏體。

This production line is composed of vibration plate sorting the tube,ceramic pump filling, manipulator covering, etc., which can automatically complete the tube feeding, filling, capping, unqualified products removal and other actions. Mainly used for gel filling.

特點(diǎn)/Features：

陶瓷泵灌裝灌裝易清洗；

Ceramic pump filling easy to clean.

無(wú)凝膠管不灌裝，凝膠管不夠不灌裝；

No tube no filling, no enough tube no filling.

控制系統(tǒng)：主要元器件采用國(guó)內(nèi)外品牌，西門子PLC，威綸觸摸屏；

Electrical control parts are world famous brand.

整條線均按GMP要求設(shè)計(jì)。
