TL型立式不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī)屬機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品，結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔合理。本機(jī)能自動(dòng)的將不干膠貼紙平整的滾貼在瓶身上，如遇缺瓶，該機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)能保證不送出標(biāo)紙，有效的防止了標(biāo)紙的浪費(fèi)，并可根據(jù)瓶子的規(guī)格和特點(diǎn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)能力作無極調(diào)整。它屬于新一代系列性設(shè)備，是根據(jù)自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)的工藝及技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行專門設(shè)計(jì)與制造的。能使瓶子表面上所貼不干膠紙平整美觀。貼標(biāo)過程穩(wěn)定可靠，貼標(biāo)位置符合理想要求，并帶有自動(dòng)打碼功能。

TW型臥式不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī)適用于制藥、食品、化工、輕工等工業(yè)，直徑小而無法站立的玻璃瓶、塑料瓶。例如：口服液、安瓿瓶、及長筒形瓶的貼標(biāo)。能自動(dòng)完成分瓶、送標(biāo)帶、在標(biāo)簽上一次完成熱印字跡清晰的日期及批號(hào)、同步分離標(biāo)簽、貼標(biāo)的系列程序。本機(jī)采用機(jī)電一體化的技術(shù)，選用大力矩步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，并配有日本歐姆龍公司的光電控制裝置，電源保護(hù)裝置等系統(tǒng)，因此具有啟動(dòng)緩沖功能，整機(jī)靈敏度高，低速扭矩大，速度穩(wěn)定，工作電壓穩(wěn)定，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)等技術(shù)特征，保證了貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定、可靠、高效、無瓶不貼標(biāo)。是上述行業(yè)生產(chǎn)線（或單機(jī)）的貼標(biāo)設(shè)備。
