轉(zhuǎn)換水流方向：溫度均勻、殺菌鍋內(nèi)循環(huán)水呈上、下、左、右均勻的轉(zhuǎn)換，保證了殺菌鍋內(nèi)從升溫、殺菌、降溫、冷卻、鍋內(nèi)每個點的熱分布均勻，達(dá)到了理想的殺菌效果。

升溫速度快，殺菌時間短本機采用雙罐熱水循環(huán)，可以事先把熱水罐加溫到所需溫度再進(jìn)行殺菌鍋滅菌，從而縮短了升溫時間。殺菌鍋工作過程中的工作介質(zhì)可以循環(huán)使用，節(jié)省了能源、時間及人力物力的消耗，降低了生產(chǎn)成本。

殺菌精度高，本機采用的技術(shù)及的電腦元件，利用鍋內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)換的熱水循環(huán)，浸泡式殺菌，在工作過程中，對鍋內(nèi)溫度壓力、殺菌時間、進(jìn)汽、排汽、進(jìn)水、排水等過程，全部采用電腦自動化控制，鍋內(nèi)度在0.3度左右。確保產(chǎn)品的色澤、口味、營養(yǎng)成分不變，保持原有風(fēng)味。
