離心機(jī)是處理鉆井液中超細(xì)有害固相的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，可分離和回收粒度大于5μm的固相，迅速恢復(fù)鉆井液的密度等，從而提高鉆井速度，是打深井和水平井理想的鉆井液凈化設(shè)備。本機(jī)主要用于控制鉆井液的密度、粘度，降低鉆井液的固相含量，清除有害固相、回收重晶石，以及對旋流器底進(jìn)行二次回收以保證鉆井液的優(yōu)良性能，提高鉆井速度。

Centrifuge is the key equipment in treatment of harmful superfine solidoid in drilling liquid. It can separate and recycle the solidoid with the particle of bigger than 5μm and recover the density of drilling liquid so as to increase drilling speed. It is ideal drilling liquid purification equipment for drilling a deep well and a horizontal well. This equipment is mainly used to control density, viscosity of drilling liquid, minimize solidoid content in drilling liquid, clear away harmful solidoid and recover barite, and provide secondary recovery to swirler bottom in order to assure of excellent performance of drilling liquid and increase drilling speed.
