WORKING PRINCIPLE

The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electric energy into 36KHz high-frequency electric energy, inputs the ultrasonic transducer, turns it into 36KHz mechanical vibration, and generates power ultrasonic waves to make the screen vibrate at high frequency. The material on the screen is superimposed with ultrasonic vibration at the same time as the low-frequency vibration vibration, which can prevent the mesh from being blocked, and can increase the output and quality of the screening machine, thereby achieving the purpose of high-efficiency screening and cleaning, so that the ultrafine powder Screening becomes easy. The system introduces a low-amplitude, frequency-modulated ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen based on the traditional vibrating screen to improve the screening performance of the ultrafine segment, especially suitable for users with high value-added fine separation.
