插頭線靜態(tài)拉力試驗機試驗插頭與電線之間、插頭片與電線之間或線檔與電線之間在經(jīng)過一定時間負重后的耐負荷強度，同時可試驗 6 個試件。試法是將插頭片固定于試驗機上方，再將砝碼鉤在電源線上，設定好標準所要求的試驗時間后，按啟動按鈕后試驗機會慢慢降下托板使砝碼底面懸空吊著試件，拉力方向應與插片之插向成垂直，在標準要求的時間內(nèi)線材不能脫落或位移不能超過標準要求的距離。
