軟纜保持力試驗機用于檢驗電源插頭線的導線壓緊能力，試法為將插頭朝上，插頭線穿入橫杠，插頭線下端吊掛規(guī)定之砝碼，然后以每秒 1 次的速度上下擺動100 次，再檢測插頭是否受損及電線與插頭之間不得脫落。
Put plug upward and insert cord through the cross bar，hang the specified weight upon the lower end of cord，then turn the crank to drive the eccentric wheel so that the plug can be swung up / down 100 times under the weight。Then detect whether plug has damages。
