原理及特點：

　　當壓縮氣體通過加料噴射器，粉碎原料進入粉碎室，在粉碎室外圍有多個粉碎噴嘴，噴射超音速氣流，使物料受到氣流高速沖擊，以及物料相互碰撞而粉碎，分級管把較粗的顆粒分離出來，粗顆粒循環(huán)返回粉碎室繼續(xù)粉碎，經過內部閉路循環(huán)粉碎后，zui后在出料口可獲得分布均勻的超微細粉。
　　 1、適用于干式超微工藝。由于沖擊速度大，可達2.5馬赫以上，一般情況下很容易獲得1－10微米（um）粒子，根據物料性質，還能得到小于1微米（um）粒子。
　　 2、由于粉碎機內部有閉路分級機構，制品中粗粒子不斷循環(huán)粉碎，因而能獲得粒子均勻、粒徑分布范圍小的制品。
　　 3、該設備具有粉碎時間短、結構簡單、操作檢修方便、占地面積小、低噪音（72分貝）和無振動等優(yōu)點。
　　 4、粉碎時效率高，能進行連續(xù)粉碎，能保持粉碎制品純度。

適用范圍：
礦產：高嶺土、云母、石墨、重晶石、石英、碳酸鈣、陶土、鋯英砂、滑石等。
化工：三硫化鉬、三氧化二銻、鈦白粉、工程塑料、硫酸鋇、氧化鋁、染料、顏料、白炭黑等。

CHARACTERS　AND　TENETS：
