該設備是我所濕法混合顆粒機的系列產(chǎn)品,能一次完成混合、制粒工序，制粒效果好，無交叉感染，符合GMP標準，每次zui大的生產(chǎn)量為8Kg，適用于試驗室及藥廠的新產(chǎn)品試制和小批量生產(chǎn)。該機設有安全聯(lián)鎖裝置，使用時安全、可靠。該機采用了臥式機型的結(jié)構(gòu)，整體剛性好，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，便于維護。主要部件包容在機身內(nèi)部，外面包拋光的不銹鋼板，且與藥物直接接觸的零件，均由不銹鋼制成。制粒過程密閉。HLSG20型為雙速控制，HLSG20A型為變頻調(diào)速控制。
This machine is included in Series Wet Type Mixing Granulator, which can do the processes of mixing and granulating in one time. This machine is accordance with GMP standard, and has good granulating quality and no cross infection. The maximum produce capacity is 8kg per batch. HLSG20&20A are suitable for lab, and the trial-produce for new products or small-batch produce in medicine factories. HLSG20&20A are equipped security interlock, which can make the machine more safe and credible; and use horizontal structure which has good rigidity, simple structure and easy to maintain. The main parts are assembled inside the machine. The cover sheet is made of stainless steel with polishing. The parts which touch medicine powder directly is all made of stainless steel. The whole granulating process is airtight. HLSG20 type is controlled in double speeds, and HLSG20A is controlled by frequency conversion to regulate speed.
