速熱器簡介：
在注塑產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)中，缺陷的產(chǎn)品無法脫模時，通常采用煤氣加熱鋼絲插入缺陷產(chǎn)品冷卻后拔動鋼絲將帶出缺陷產(chǎn)品，煤氣加熱過程時間長，在易燃的環(huán)境下安全性低。 Fast速熱器將帶給您快捷的加熱過程，通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，在4秒鐘內(nèi)即可將Ø4mm的鋼絲加熱到500度以上，提高工作效率，減少停機(jī)時間。
Quick Heater：
During the production process of injection molding products, when the defective product can not demould, the coal gas will be used to heat the steel wire and after that, the steel wire will be inserted into the defective product, after it is cooled enough, the defective product will be brought out as long as the steel wire is pulled out. However, it takes a long time for the coal gas to heat the steel wire and the safety coefficient is low under the flammable environment. Quick heater will bring the rapid heating process to you. Through the optimization design, the Ø4mm steel wires can be heated to above 500 degrees within four seconds. This can improve the work efficiency and reduce the down time.
