describe

Keysight N6751A is a 50 W high performance automatic range dc power module, providing low noise, high precision features, programming speed than other programmable power 10 to 50 times faster. The optional high-speed test extension provides a digitizer function similar to an oscilloscope. This feature helps improve measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events of the device under test (DUT).
