*系統(tǒng)檢查功能：缺標簽、標籤斷帶、標簽漏張、緊急停止、變頻異常、印字機缺色帶，皆可隨時檢測停機並顯示於觸摸屏上。
*I/0自我檢查功能，可顯示系統(tǒng)所有光電信號及單獨控制馬達運轉，*操控性能，大大縮短維護時間，降低維修成本。
*採用無段變頻調速控制，輸送速度改變，貼標速度自動調整，不需移動貼標光電。
*螺桿供料方式，下料順暢，三段式自動控制系統(tǒng)，電眼自動檢測，缺料時自動停止，手動定速貼標，方便操作及穩(wěn)定生產效率。
*上瓶輸送帶採用歐洲進口塑鋼網帶，堅固耐用、進料落料順暢，不擠壓、不破瓶。輸送帶寬396mm可任意搭配周轉盒。

High-speed Vertical-feed Horizontal Rolling Labeling Machine
Applicable scope:
Labeling of 10-20ml oral liquid of pharmaceutical products, 1-20ml ampoule bottles, and 1-10ml penicillin bottles.
System functions:
* Adopted with a self-developed, new inligent micro-computer servo labeling system with rapid system response, automatic label scanning and memory, no input and no setting to achieve equipment automation and inligent mechanical functions.
* System inspection functions: Detection, machine shutting down and alarm alerting in the events of label shortage, label breakage, label skipping, emergency stoppage, frequency abnormalities and ribbon shortage of the printing machine at any time.
* Self-detection of I/O functions and the display of all optical signals and individual control of motor operation. The perfect operating function has greatly shortened the maintenance time and lowered the maintenance costs.
* Stepless frequency control to avoid moving the labeling photo detector as the labeling speed is automatically adjusted whenever there is a change in the conveyor speed.
* The screw feeding mode is able to enhance smooth material loading, the three-stage automatic control system and automatic photo detector detection to automatically stop feeding in the event of material shortage, and the manual fixed-speed labeling function to ease operation and stabilize the production efficiency.
* The top bottle conveyor belt comes in strong and durable European-made engineering plastic mesh belt to enhance material feeding and loading to prevent squeezing, compression and bottle breakage. The 396mm-wide conveyor belt allows free coordination of revolving boxes.
