JC 酒精沉淀罐

用途

本設(shè)備適用于中藥、口服液、食品、保健品、化工等的酒精沉淀，酒精沉淀罐系醇沉(亦稱換溶或醇桿)舊工藝開發(fā)的專用設(shè)備，主要用于中藥水煎液濃縮后濃縮進(jìn)行冷凍灌溫酒精沉淀的操作，也可用中藥提后濃縮液進(jìn)行水沉淀的操作。

Usage

The equipementis suitable for alcchol sediment in Chinese mendicine,aoralliquid,foodstuff,health-protective products and chemical industry.Alcoholsediment is developed from traditional technology,maily used for freeze Chinesemedicine liquid geing fried and condensed or to operate warm alconholsediment,also can be used to operate water sediment after Chinese herbs being extracted.

設(shè)備特點(diǎn)

本設(shè)備是由附夾套的橢圓封頭。錐形底的圓筒體，內(nèi)安裝三葉式攪拌以及特殊的微調(diào)旋出液管等組裝而成，中藥水煎濃縮采用加入酒精配成一定醇度的液體，然后常溫，低溫冷凍沉降進(jìn)行液固分離，以提高中藥提取液的純度及澄明度。本設(shè)備全部選用不銹鋼SUS304制造，配有高壓水自動噴淋清洗系統(tǒng)，夾套中可通低溫冷卻水，傳動部位采用機(jī)械密封、防爆電機(jī)確保生產(chǎn)安全，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)備表面鏡面或亞光處理。
