主要用途：

工作原理：
螺桿擠出造粒機(jī)為雙螺桿，其擠出形式有前擠出和側(cè)擠出二種機(jī)型。由驅(qū)動(dòng)、減速、傳動(dòng)箱及主機(jī)等部分組成，加入主機(jī)內(nèi)的濕粉狀物料，在特殊設(shè)計(jì)的螺桿元件作用下，經(jīng)輸送壓實(shí)，開壓不均壓過程，被送至造粒機(jī)頭，并被擠出制粒過程，使得后續(xù)操作過程（如：干燥、包裝等）及操作條件得到大大改善。一般可減少現(xiàn)場(chǎng)粉塵量90%以上。
