◆主要用于要求高溫及大風(fēng)量的空氣凈化設(shè)備及系統(tǒng)。

性能特點(diǎn) Features

◆可制作F6~H14過(guò)濾效率等級(jí)，不同的等級(jí)適用不同的要求；

◆芯片采用全自動(dòng)電腦控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行噴膠折疊；

◆有效面積大、阻力低、使用壽命長(zhǎng)；

◆結(jié)構(gòu)：箱式、單法蘭、雙法蘭；

◆耐溫：≤200℃；

◆每臺(tái)均按EN1822:2009標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格測(cè)試出廠；

◆可定制任意尺寸.

◆濾   料：玻璃纖維濾紙

◆分隔物：耐溫EVA膠

◆護(hù)   網(wǎng)：壓平鋁網(wǎng)、 白色烤漆網(wǎng)（增加強(qiáng)度）

◆密封膠：耐溫密封膠（環(huán)保無(wú)氣味）

◆密封墊：EPDM

The characteristics

◆Filters are constructed for simple hａnd ling at installation.

◆Micro-glass fiber papers are used as filter media.

◆The entire filter element is non-corroding and fully incinerable, since it contains no metal parts. The frame 

consists of halogen-free plastic

◆Filters are micro biologically inactive and meet all the criteria of VDI Guideline 6022 Hygiene Requirements for HVAC systems .

The special features

◆Cassette filters excel in terms of high dust holding capacity and low pressure drop and offer an optimum price-performance ratio.

◆The leak-proof casting of the dimensionally stable media pleat pack provides high burst strength, as well as excellent security against dust penetration dust penetration during operation.

◆Cassette filters are available on request， they can be obtained with six instead of eight panels and in all available filter classes with an adhesively  affixed gasket on the clean air side.
