環(huán)境試驗(yàn)室概述：
根據(jù)用戶要求并參照J(rèn)B/T4283-91;GB/T14294-93設(shè)計(jì)、制造。主要用于制造和維持溫度與濕度恒定的空間，該恒溫恒濕裝置的制冷、加熱、除濕、加濕、補(bǔ)充加濕水等*自動控制，該設(shè)備可以附加(選配)換氣功能，可以在內(nèi)部有不良揮發(fā)氣體時允許人員長期在內(nèi)部操作。
環(huán)境試驗(yàn)室結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
●由控制面板、配電盤、保溫庫板、送風(fēng)機(jī)、加熱器、加濕器、冷凍機(jī)組合而成，主要規(guī)格區(qū)分爲(wèi)七種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)室內(nèi)尺寸及28種不同條件測試規(guī)范。
●采用庫板單元組合，內(nèi)容積可任意放大，拆裝容易，可依顧客需要尺寸設(shè)計(jì)與配合顧客擴(kuò)廠的遷移。
●庫板材質(zhì)采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)及美耐鋼板烤漆材質(zhì)，結(jié)構(gòu)堅(jiān)固、防水、美觀。
●采用多翼心送風(fēng)方式之水平擴(kuò)散垂直熱交換循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，避免任何死角，使室內(nèi)溫濕度分布均勻。
●異常狀況發(fā)生時，控制器熒幕上實(shí)時自動顯示故障狀態(tài)，切斷電源開關(guān)，并提供故障排除方法。
●冷凍機(jī)采用歐美壓縮機(jī)，并使用環(huán)保冷媒，冷凍系統(tǒng)采用二元式低溫回路設(shè)計(jì)，并于不同溫域采用不同壓縮機(jī)作功，以增加設(shè)備使用壽命。

箱體結(jié)構(gòu)Box structure 內(nèi)壁采用進(jìn)口專用設(shè)備生產(chǎn)的拼塊式高密度聚胺脂制成夾芯保溫板厚度為100mm，現(xiàn)場組合、安裝。保溫庫板的內(nèi)外壁材料為韓國進(jìn)口雙面噴涂彩鋼板厚度為1.0mm
底座采用2〞槽鐵；
庫板地臺板內(nèi)表面采用加厚1.2mm彩鋼板外加SUS203#不銹鋼板補(bǔ)強(qiáng)耐磨損，厚度達(dá)3MM
保溫材質(zhì)Insulation material 進(jìn)口拜耳PU原料高壓發(fā)泡而成，密度達(dá)40Kg/m3以上；
庫板接駁位采用PE密封膠條，庫體密封性好；界面為凹凸型。
