   適用范圍：  本系列電阻爐系周期作業(yè)式，供實(shí)驗(yàn)室、工礦企業(yè)、科研單位作元素分析，測定和一般小型鋼件做淬火、退火、回火等熱處理；高溫爐還可作金屬、陶瓷的燒結(jié)、熔融、分析等高溫加熱用。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

     *本系列電阻爐把爐體、控制器及熱電偶等設(shè)計(jì)、制作成一體，比較*、合理，整機(jī)出廠時已安裝、調(diào)試，用戶接上電源就能使用?？朔嗽瓉碛脩暨x用分體式電阻爐后需要再自行安裝、調(diào)試所碰到一系列困難和矛盾。大大方便用戶。

   *爐殼選用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板經(jīng)折疊，焊接制成，表面采用靜電噴塑處理，使設(shè)備耐用、抗高溫。爐門設(shè)計(jì)合理，具有開啟方便、安全，能確保爐內(nèi)高溫氣體不外泄，達(dá)到高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保要求。

   *工作室是用耐火材料制成整體箱式爐膛、加熱元件采用內(nèi)置式，爐膛與爐殼間用耐火保穩(wěn)材料砌筑。可以代替已淘汰的SRJX-型老產(chǎn)品。

     *1200℃ 電爐，使用WRN-133  K型 鎳鉻硅—鎳硅鎂 熱電偶，L=350毫米。EU型銅—銅鎳的補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線，電爐的溫度控制選用智能型控溫儀、LED數(shù)字顯示。
