維修與保養(yǎng) Repair and maintenance

1.應(yīng)在3-6個(gè)月內(nèi)定期將波紋阻火層拆下，清洗干凈，保證阻火層上的每個(gè)孔暢通，防止堵塞，確保安全正常使用。

2.定期檢查通氣正、負(fù)閥盤動(dòng)作是否靈活，導(dǎo)桿與閥盤接觸密封有無(wú)損壞，如有損壞應(yīng)立即調(diào)換。

3.在檢查維護(hù)重新安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)保證閥內(nèi)各結(jié)合面嚴(yán)密配合，閥盤升降靈活。

4.新閥啟動(dòng)時(shí)，應(yīng)在安裝前清除閥盤的防震物，否則呼吸閥將失靈。

5.因天氣潮濕風(fēng)沙情況下，溫度達(dá)到零度范圍內(nèi)，儲(chǔ)罐不可發(fā)油使用。急生產(chǎn)時(shí)必須先打開(kāi)量油孔其它之類供氣產(chǎn)品，以保持儲(chǔ)罐安全作用。

6.呼吸閥在正常工作進(jìn)油之前，必須先打開(kāi)量油孔。

(5) Due to the the weather wet sａnd case, the temperature reaches zero within the tank can not use hair oil. Acute and production must be open to the amount of the rest of the hole like gas products, to maintain the security role of the tank.

(6) Breathing valve work properly into the oil, you must first open the amount of hole.
