水技術(shù)－**的紫外線水處理技術(shù)

阿奎伐（）的Spektrotherm紫外線系統(tǒng)
紫外線是一種電磁波，波長(zhǎng)範(fàn)圍是200-400nm。根據(jù)紫外線對(duì)人體造成傷害之影響的不同，大致可將紫外線分成以下幾個(gè)部分：
■ UVA：315-400nm（能使皮膚產(chǎn)生色素）
■ UVB：280-315nm（能合成維生素D，形成紅斑）
■ UVC：200-280nm（能用於殺菌，DNA在此波長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生*大的吸收峰）
■ Vacuum UV: 100-200nm(能與氧發(fā)生反應(yīng)生成臭氧)
紫外線的有效**能力來自於它與細(xì)胞的DNA發(fā)生光化學(xué)反應(yīng)，即紫外的有效殺菌**部分，在UVC波段上DNA吸收的有效波長(zhǎng)集中在254nm處。

	紫外殺菌**系統(tǒng)的Spektrotherm燈管，有下列優(yōu)點(diǎn):

■ 使用較低的電能,達(dá)到更佳的殺菌效果。因電源能量被有效地轉(zhuǎn)換成殺菌劑量(UV Dose)。
■ 燈管使用壽命更長(zhǎng) (某些機(jī)型長(zhǎng)達(dá)12,000hrs), 節(jié)省每年維修耗材費(fèi)用 (因使用較少的燈管)。
■ 降低了安裝成本與廢棄物處理成本。

紫外線**的技術(shù)原理:
當(dāng)水或空氣中的各種細(xì)菌、病毒、寄生蟲、水藻以及其他病原體受到一定劑量的紫外線輻射後，其細(xì)胞組織中的DNA結(jié)構(gòu)受到破壞- 鍵斷裂或光化學(xué)反應(yīng)，例如使DNA中的胸腺嘧啶（Thymidne），從而在不使用任何化學(xué)藥物的情況下殺滅水中所有細(xì)菌和病毒，達(dá)到了大流量水的**和淨(jìng)化的目的。

紫外線**的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

●高效率殺菌
紫外線對(duì)細(xì)菌、病毒的殺菌作用一般在一秒內(nèi)完成，而對(duì)傳統(tǒng)氯氣及臭氧方法來說，要達(dá)到紫外線的效果一般需要20分鐘至一小時(shí)的時(shí)間。
●殺菌廣泛性
紫外線技術(shù)在目前所有的**技術(shù)中，殺菌的廣泛性是*高。它對(duì)幾乎所有細(xì)菌、病毒都能高效率殺滅。
●無二次污染
由於紫外**技術(shù)不需要加入任何化學(xué)藥劑，因此它不會(huì)對(duì)水及周圍環(huán)境造成二次污染。
●安裝維修簡(jiǎn)單，費(fèi)用低
由於九十年代對(duì)紫外線技術(shù)的*，紫外線**技術(shù)不僅**效率是所有**手段中*高的，而且其安裝維修簡(jiǎn)單，因此，其性能是所有**技術(shù)中*高的。它既具有其他**技術(shù)無法比較的高效率，又具有成本和安裝維修費(fèi)用低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在千噸水處理過程中，它的成本只是氯**的1/2，是折點(diǎn)加氯**的2/5，更只有臭氧**成本的1/9。即使在十萬噸處理量，紫外線**設(shè)備的投資及安裝成本也遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低於其他**技術(shù)。
●連續(xù)大水量**
九十年代末紫外線**技術(shù)的另一個(gè)特點(diǎn)是一年365天，**24小時(shí)連續(xù)運(yùn)行。除定期需一、二小時(shí)以內(nèi)的例行保養(yǎng)外，其*佳操作條件是24小時(shí)連續(xù)運(yùn)行。
●應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域廣
