灌裝時(shí)，克服傳統(tǒng)的托瓶升降方式，瓶口與電子閥灌裝嘴不接觸，避免二次污染，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。整機(jī)采用PLC智能控制，具有無(wú)瓶不灌裝、灌裝速度快、精度高、液體不外溢等特點(diǎn)。灌裝完畢時(shí)采用下封式結(jié)構(gòu)，有效避免了滴漏現(xiàn)象。盛液桶內(nèi)的液位由浮球液位開關(guān)控制，液面定位精確。
