Introduction

◆ The heart of the most efficient semi-hermetic compressor unit: It adoptsimported high-quality screw compressors, super-efficient screw rotor precisioncompression principle, 20%→30% higher than the general compressor energyefficiency, stable operation, high efficiency, and easy maintenance. The unitadopts a smart microcomputer touch screen + high-precision control system:equipped with 99%, 75%, 50%, 25% graded energy control functions, witha good Chinese and English selection man-machine dialogue interface, and theLCD screen displays the machine’s working status in real time. , This energycontrol ensures that the unit exerts the maximum energy-saving effect underload. The unit adopts a high-ficiency shell and tube condenser + shell andtube evaporator combination: easy maintenance, and most of the refrigeranthigh/low pressure pipes are made of 304 seamless steel pipe welding Type:Anti-collision/anti-pressure, durable, never produce rust, plus high-efficiencyscrew compressor: to ensure the high efficiency of the unit, the machine isequipped with the following components to prevent any operation failure:compressor protection timer, Overcurrent protection, compressor motortemperature sensor, high/low pressure protection, oil pressure protection, antifreeze thermostat, oil sight glass, compressor reverse phase protection, exhaust high temperature protection, safety valve, easy-dissolving plug, etc.

◆ The water-cooled screw chiller must be equipped with the correspondingcooling water tower and cooling water circulating water pump before it can beused normally, and it is connected to the external insulation water tank orpool/sink and the corresponding chilled water: internal/external circulatingwater pump to form a complete set Centralized chilled water circulattem.

◆ This model is open and divided into: standard vertical model (30HP→80HP),standard horizontal model (100HP and above), and customized cabinet modelａnd various non-standard models: low temperature model Units, explosionproof units, etc.
