螺桿泵是一種單螺桿式輸送泵、它的主要工作部件是偏心螺旋體的螺桿（稱轉(zhuǎn)子）和內(nèi)表面呈雙線螺旋面的螺桿襯套（稱定子）。其工作原理是當(dāng)電動(dòng)泵軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，螺桿一方面繞本身的軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)，另一方面它又沿襯套內(nèi)表面滾動(dòng)，該型泵是單螺桿式容積回轉(zhuǎn)泵，該泵利用偏心單螺旋的螺桿在雙旋襯套內(nèi)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使?jié)鉂{液沿螺旋槽由吸入口推移至排出口，實(shí)現(xiàn)泵的輸送功能。
