NFJ-150 is a kind of sorting function capsule polishing equipment, it is not only used for capsule polishing and elimination of static electricity, can also be automatically excluded volume slightly, shell, debris and the cap body separated capsule. Can be applied to all types of the capsule, without changing mould.

Capsule filling machine will capsule filling after delivery to the polishing machine chute entrance.

The capsules from entrance by rotating the brush will be brought to the screen barrel capsule. The brush in the screen barrel polishing and dust on the capsule surface, and the lack of cap and a solid cap separation and scattered material, material recovery through vacuum suction port.

Brush the capsule is sent to the screen barrel export.

The sorting device, through the clean compressed air to the volume slightly, shell, debris and capsule cap separated collecting to reservoir

The pressure of compressed air, displayed on the pressure gauge filtration pressure reducing valve, and adjusted according to different needs.

The qualified capsules by export outlet
