The direct discharge filteris akind ofeficientsold-liquid separation equipmentwith simplestructure and novel design. It is developed by our company on the of bag filter and bottomdischarge filter pres, combining the advantages of both. The machine is composed ofhandwheel, cylinde, filterbasket, filter bag, innerange, pressure strip, auxiliaryfilter device, cylinder, suppor leg and pipe port, ete. The cylinder is generally made ofstainless stel, andthe bottom is connected the controlthrough the cylincder, which can realize automatie lidopening, andis suitable fo chemical, pharmaceutical fod, environmental protection andother industries.

1.Compared with ordinary flat bottom flter, this machine hasflte clothlaidon the cylinde wall and bottom, with largerfiltration area, faster flow
ａnd higherefficiency.2.Compared with traditionalba filter, this machine
has automatic opening and closing of the bottom cover for discharging,
which is more convenient.
3.Becauseof the use of fiter cloth with a wide range of precision,it has
strong adaptability to materials.4.This machine has a simple structure and is easy operate,
5.There isno need to replace thefilter material frequently,ａnd the mainte-
nanceａnd cae are very convenient.
