在高、低溫循環(huán)沖擊下，對焊接連接部、接插件連接部以及通 路電阻進(jìn)行高精度連續(xù)測試，檢測電阻的微小變化，自動計(jì)算電阻 變化率以及判定是否符合技術(shù)要求，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與可靠性。

獨(dú)立溫度檢測功能

測試帶有10個(gè)溫度測量通道，可以跟隨產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入環(huán)境試驗(yàn) 內(nèi)，并檢測箱體內(nèi)溫度變化。

實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集及存儲

采用數(shù)據(jù)庫管理模式，可以在控制數(shù)據(jù)采集量的同時(shí)對產(chǎn)品缺 陷發(fā)生進(jìn)行有效管理。

高可靠性、高精度的測試儀器

測試核心采用美國測量儀器，并經(jīng)過CE認(rèn)證，在計(jì)量方面  均可溯源到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

寬廣的測試電流

選擇不同型號的測試系統(tǒng)，測試電流可以在1mA-5A范圍內(nèi)應(yīng)  用，滿足不同的測試要求。

對被測電阻施加一個(gè)恒定直流電流，再準(zhǔn)確測量被測電阻上的電壓，根據(jù)歐姆定律換算出電阻值；對于微小電阻測量，需要考慮2個(gè)影響測量精度的重要因素：引線誤差和接點(diǎn)熱電勢；對于引線誤差采用4線制來達(dá)到消除引線電阻；對于測量回路中各個(gè)接點(diǎn)的熱電勢影響，采用正負(fù)電流交替測量法，分別在正向電流測試一次電壓，然后再施加一個(gè)反向電流，測量電壓，將2次測得的電壓進(jìn)行計(jì)算后，根據(jù)歐姆定律再計(jì)算出電阻值。
